For as long as I can remember I have loved to listen, help and encourage others. As a therapist I am honored to be asked to share a part of your journey, to help you seek, grow and/or learn more about yourself, to confront what may be holding you back, and to discover strategies on how to pursue your dreams and reach your goals. I am here to listen and share in your journey of healing while providing you with an empathetic, compassionate and safe environment. For the past 6 years I have worked in an intensive outpatient setting with older adults both individually and in group, as well as with couples and families who are struggling with grief, depression, spiritual concerns, self esteem, anxiety, anger, and/or adjustment issues. I offer very flexible office hours which include evening and weekend hours.
