I offer a therapeutic atmosphere of listening and understanding where you will feel safe to speak openly and honestly, without judgement. Together, we will explore possibilities for improving problematic areas in your life as well as bring focus to your personal and spiritual growth. We will work on gaining self-awareness so that you are better able to understand patterns of thinking and behaviors which may cause you to feel anxious or depressed. Through personal inner work and relationship building & strengthening, we will begin creating healthier interactions and improving communication skills that will increase your personal and relationship satisfaction. I work with all ages; children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults. I bring experience in working with adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, immigration issues, women's issues, stress management, grief/bereavement, trauma, communication, conflict resolution, life cycles and transitions. I also offer life coaching and spiritual direction. I offer affordable sliding-scale therapy and I am willing work with you in whatever financial situation you are in at this time. I believe healing is an integrative process that encompasses Mind, Body, & Spirit. I focus on all aspects so to bring about wholeness and transformation in your life.
