I specialize in treating grief & bereavement, self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, and adjustment to life's challenges. My experience in hospice as an art therapist has demonstrated the power of the creative expression. An artist and author, I've often found growth and healing in creative expression. I believe we are always creating our lives, but we need to create them consciously. I approach this practice with compassion, humor, and deep listening. As a university thesis supervisor, my passion is to guide students to find their vocation.
