Welcome to my profile. As a holistic psychotherapist, I help people stuck in fear and anxiety. I believe that understanding, compassion and forgiveness are part of what is helpful for individual growth and the development of our sense of self, and self-esteem. Working with all ages, individuals, couples, families and groups, I have found that being truly heard does change lives. I look forward to working with you as we develop a trusting working alliance where the therapist/client relationship is based on empathy and the knowledge that the healing process is possible through one's own empowerment. In my travels within the healing fields, I have specialized in treating trauma due to abuse, neglect, domestic violence, anger, anxiety, depression, split families, difficult relationship, grief work and more. My nursing knowledge helps as does other modalities such as EMDR, REIKI, NLP, Hypnotherapy and more for healing. I am fluent in French and English. I work with different ethnic backgrounds daily. I have worked as the Mental Health Provider for the VT ICAC Task Force. I also have worked as an OR, psych and rehab nurse. My unique background helps for successful outcomes for clients.
