Thank you for visiting my site. It's often difficult to admit that we need help sorting out some of life's difficulties. We all go trough different stages and challenges in life. While I certainly don't have all the answers or can tell you what to do....I can be an objective listener who will partner with you to help sort out some of the challenges you are facing. Sometimes talking is an important first step that makes it easier to decide on a course of action. I work with couples in an intense format. These can range from four hours to five days. After working with couples on a weekly basis for over 25 years I have discovered that an intense format increases the odds for a positive outcome. Traditional marriage counseling is also available. I have advanced training in utilizing EMDR to work through traumatic events both chronic and accute, as well as phobias. I assist people in understanding their unique personality and help develop strategies to bring balance where needed. i believe anyone can learn skills that assist in developing a healthy relationship with ourself and with others.
