We all have periods of time in our lives that are more difficult than others. These difficult times can stem from a variety of issues including past trauma, relationship challenges, loss of a loved one, health problems, loss of a job, issues in school, or even a cause that is not quite so clear. My goal as a therapist is to help you develop the personal skills and support network necessary to deal with the many challenges that arise in life. In my 10+ years as a therapist I have have been fortunate to work with highly diverse clientele. My years of experience and training have shown me how often people underestimate their innate strengths. Our work will focus on identifying your unique strengths and empowering you to put them to use.
