What do you want for your of life? What is getting in the way? Often we have different issues that impact our ability to live the life we want. It might be symptoms of anxiety, depression, and/or past history of trauma that is resurfacing in our lives and causing pain. For others, it is miscommunication or a rupture in an intimate relationship that needs repair. I believe working to identify and untangle these issues can help you move forward and onto living your best life. I also strongly believe in prevention, whether it be the work with yourself, or work with your partner. Because of this, I offer not only one on one sessions for individuals but also work with couples, including pre-marital sessions. Because the work of therapy happens within the relationship between therapist and client I feel it is important to find the right match.
