It is always and honor be part of a process of transformative growth and healing for those that I work with. I have spent the last 20 plus years researching, training, learning about, using and gaining understanding of the most effective models of treatment for those who are struggling with early, unresolved attachment (relational trauma) and various types of trauma. I especially enjoy working with parents to support them in becoming the parent they really want to be, working together to take the struggle out of parenting and replace it with the joy that parents deserve and always wanted. I work with both adopted and biological children who have experienced attachment challenges and/or early trauma, and their families. I treat families with chidden who have severe behaviors and the social and emotional difficulties that often follow. Treatments that I use are Relationally Focused, Trauma-Informed, and Evidence-Based. I work with adults who seek to heal early attachment and trauma related issues that interfere with their current relationships, happiness and satisfaction in their lives. I also work with issues related to birth anxiety, birth trauma (adults and children) and postpartum depression, as well as high conflict divorce.
