I specialize in individual psychotherapy for sensitive and spiritually-oriented people, and for people affected by trauma, especially childhood and relational trauma. I help clients: 1. Heal trauma and untangle themselves from the past. 2. Face challenging transitions. 3. Heal their relationship with themselves. 4. Repair and deepen relationships, or face the truth when its time to let go. 5. Work through anger, anxiety, and other difficult feelings 6. I believe strongly that counseling should be available to everyone. For this reason I have kept my prices as low as possible ($95 per session) and offer a flexible fee to a limited number of clients.
