I am a therapist with over 12 years of experience in the Mental Health field. I provide individual, family, and couples counseling and enjoy working with children, teens, and adults. I have experience working with various mental health diagnoses including, but not limited to: Depression, Anxiety, Autism, Eating Disorders, Bipolar Disorders, and Personality Disorders. I am also trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Child-Centered Play Therapy, and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy. I believe the therapy experience is unique to each person and provide an eclectic approach to treatment. I want clients to be able to open-up, process, and work in a non-judgmental, safe, and comfortable environment no matter age, beliefs, sexual orientation, or lifestyle. I have a flexible schedule and will try to meet your scheduling needs. I am available mornings, afternoons, and offer evening hours.
