I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families cope with life's challenges so they may lead the life they desire. Through the therapeutic process, we will explore patterns in behaviors, thoughts and feelings to help you move towards a more fulfilling life with improved relationships and peace of mind.Together, we will explore solutions to life's inevitable challenges that may be causing stress, pain, and imbalance. I believe that one of the most crucial aspects of the therapy process is the relationship between the client and the therapist- a partnership based on confidentiality, trust, & commitment to change. I strive to offer a safe, welcoming, collaborative environment that fosters self-exploration and lasting, positive change. As Co-Founder of Capital Counseling in Raleigh, NC, I specialize in working with the unique challenges that high school & college students, young adults, and women face in today's ever-changing world. I have 12+ years experience providing counseling and coaching to adolescents, young adults, women, and families. I am passionate about working with young women experiencing anxiety/depression, self-esteem, body image, trauma, and/or relationship issues. I am a NC Board of Licensed Professional Counselors approved Clinical Supervisor.
