Relationship heals. If harm comes to us in relationship, healing must also occur through relationship. Therapy is about healing relationship. The truth is we all lose heart at times. I help men, women, couples, and families get their hearts back. More specifically, I work in the areas of relational wounds, emotional struggles, shame, addiction recovery, anger management, depression, anxiety, spirituality, grief and loss, and family conflict. In my office, individuals learn to live freely and fully. Marriages recover intimacy, truth, and lost love. Families find connection.
