Are both you and your child feeling stressed and challenged to find joy and ease in your life? My experience is in working with children and adults who have experienced trauma or who are struggling with anxiety or depression. I also work with adoptive and blended families. My approach to working with children and adults is to first help them to feel safe &supported. I feel that the most important gift a counselor can give is to truly listen &to understand the uniqueness of each child & family. My approach is holistic. I use an array of evidence based clinical approaches. I also use art and yoga to help adults & children to feel comfortable & relaxed. My goal is to help children & adults to find their strengths and to build on these strengths so that they may experience more joy & ease in their lives.
