I have thirty years of experience working with individuals and couples and am happy to speak with you and see how I can help you to meet your needs. I utilize cognitive-behavioral, psycho-dynamic and family systems treatment approaches. I am also a trained level 2 EMDR therapist. I find that EMDR is a great way to treat past trauma and family of origin issues both effectively and efficiently. My specialties include family of origin healing, co-dependency/self-esteem enhancement and addictions recovery. I also provide treatment for anxiety and depression, life transitions including divorce, relationship counseling and communication skills training.
