For individuals my specialty areas are depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief and loss, using treatment modalities that have been well researched for proven effectiveness. For couples I use the Gottman method, which includes working on the nine components of healthy relationships, and healthy communication strategies that bring about closeness and harmony.
