Thank you for visiting my profile. I am a Board Certified psychiatrist with over twenty years experience taking care of patients. Practicing for all these years in a field that I love, I have developed deep and lasting bonds with many of them. I believe that emotionally healthy people are at the heart of a whole and productive society. When this stability has been disrupted it seems as though nothing will be right again. My goal is to help you create solutions and restore balance and well being in your life. I specialize in medication management and psychotherapy for a multitude of psychiatric and emotional disorders. In addition, I work with women experiencing infertility, pregnancy, postpartum depression, and menopause. I also work with LGBTQ individuals. I treat young adults and adults and care for people of various socioeconomic, educational, and ethnic backgrounds. Since I can remember, I have loved to work and conduct research throughout the world, especially in developing countries. My work has taken me to the former Soviet Union, Eastern Europe, Asia, and South America. Although these experiences may seem remote, they inform how I see issues with patients everyday in my practice.
