I have been a therapist for over 30 years. I treat PTSD, Marital/relationship issues, Internet Addiction, ADHD, along with the standard depression, anxiety, etc. Issu Families/marital issues - todays world can add so many stressors to a person or family. Learning to relax and communicate with your loved ones can be very difficult. I use Behavioral Therapy - proven to be one of the best available. The therapy encourages you to be open and direct. I accept Tri Care insurance (as well as many others). Made sure I was on this panel when I started treating PTSD. Most, if not all, treatment is one to one - very little group therapy. Open 6 days per week, 9:00 A.M. until the last appointment (7:00 P.M)
