Welcome to a new beginning. Asking for help is both difficult and empowering after you've lost the belief that things can change. The fact that you are reading this means you are ready to take the first step to make some changes in your life. I empower individuals who have lost their way due to the challenges and obstacles created by addiction. Addiction doesn't happen on it's own and we will work together to uncover the false beliefs, support the new practices, and begin a new way of life. I work with people suffering from all addictions, with a primary focus on drug and alcohol problems. I assist adults, adolescents and concerned others who have experienced the negative effects of drugs and/or alcohol including: family and personal relationship difficulties, legal issues (including OUI), work problems, and social challenges. I have 25 years of personal and professional experience navigating the landscape of addiction and creating meaningful change when it doesn't seem possible.
