At your first visit, we will focus on what brings you to therapy and what you are hoping to achieve. Throughout our work together, we'll work to understand your particular goals and challenges and identify patterns that may be holding you back: from meaningful success, personal satisfaction or fulfilling relationships. I believe therapy should be affordable and accessible and will work directly with you or your insurance company to ensure you receive the best treatment available at a price you can afford.
