I am a licensed clinical social worker and have been in practice for fifteen years. I believe that people have the capacity to change and make improvements in their lives. And, I see myself as a partner in the change process. I am someone that you can trust who will listen with compassion-free from judgment. I am easy to talk to and I will share with you my thoughts, ideas and strategies to assist you as you move towards change. I am compassionate and will treat you with respect and understanding. Areas of interest include: life transitions, grief and loss, health and wellness, body image, relationship difficulties, divorce, women’s issues and issues related to self-esteem or self-worth. I work with individuals, couples, groups and families. I practice using the techniques and skills of both Motivational Interviewing and CBT.
