"My passion is helping people discover their strengths and use those strengths to work through the internal blocks that prevent them from living life to their full potential." My therapy protocol includes individual psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy as dictated by the individual situation. I use play therapy with children as young as 3 years old by utilizing an array of therapeutic models (Sand tray therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Family Systems.). I teach coping skills for depression, anxiety, grief, relapse prevention, assertiveness training, and stress management .I have worked in Crisis Stabilization in hospital settings, individual and group counseling. Our therapy protocol includes individual psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy.
