What if someone was available to walk alongside you for a time in your journey while respecting you as the expert of yourself and your very unique life story but could also provide professional support and guidance where you need it most? Do you want more from your life than feeling stuck and uncertain? I have grown and developed over the past 25 years in a variety of professional environments but which has brought me to a new place. Along with my more recent counseling education and clinical training, I now have the credentials to put my passion, empathy and love for people into actively helping them. I use an eclectic therapeutic approach to assist you that respects and honors your mind, body and spirit. I work with individual adults, couples and adolescents while addressing a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions as well as a variety of relationship issues.
