I desire to see people navigate through life's transitions and difficulties with confidence.I will embark on the journey with people as they discover their strengths to overcome all obstacles on their life paths. I have a strong passion to see people through the seemingly hopeless situations that have come their way. I want to understand when no understands, I want to hope when there seems to be no hope. It is important for me to create a safe and supportive environment where judgment does not exist and acceptance is unconditional. I specialize in with working with teenagers facing depression, self-harm, anxiety disorders, behavior and conduct disorders, self-esteem concerns, poor peer relationships, and trauma and anger issues. I also specialize in working with adults facing depression, grief/loss concerns, domestic violence, stress management, and relational problems.
