I enjoy working with individuals and couples interested in understanding themselves better. I also facilitate groups that help individuals and couples broaden their understanding beyond their own particular views of self. As a pastoral counselor, I am trained and experienced in understanding how religious and spiritual beliefs impact one's emotional, mental, and physical health. I am sensitive to the ethical dilemmas we face, and how the utilization of spiritual practices build and support resiliency in the face of ongoing challenges. Prior to becoming a pastoral counselor, I was a financial consultant. Prior to becoming a financial consultant, I was a human rights activist. Studying law and theology helped me understand how rules and beliefs shape us as human beings. I am sensitive to the quest for human wholeness.
