Having trouble getting your teenage daughter to open up? Filled with worry over what you don't know about her? Longing for her to just let you in? Often the last thing a teenager wants to do is talk with a parent about her feelings. Teens are concerned with gaining independence and creating a sense of identity all their own. They tend to feel that adults just don't understand their life. Art therapy offers a non-threatening and relaxed way to explore thoughts and emotions. Having experienced the powerful effects of the creative process in my own life, I am passionate about helping others discover the healing that a creative outlet can provide. I offer group workshops, as well as individual and family art therapy.
