Having been a psychologist in practice for many years, I have developed a professional interest in assisting individuals who suffer from personal and interpersonal conflicts. I believe persons sometimes develop and adopt beliefs about themselves that are self-destructive and not based upon evidence and are therefore not factual. Often, such beliefs are derived from the manner in which individuals are parented as children and other times the relationships formed as adults. I believe my best strategy is to assist individuals in challenging such negative self-beliefs. I have a particular interest in treating individuals who have suffered traumas in their lives that often result in interpersonal conflicts. In addition, I have an interest in performing psychological evaluations that assist individuals with Disability Determinations, court-referred evaluations, and general psychological evaluations. My practice is conveniently located in the downtown Indianapolis area. It is convenient for individuals working downtown as well as the increasing number of people choosing to live downtown.
