I have been trained as a marriage and family therapist, having a particular interest in women's issues. I specialize in depression, anxiety, life and role transitions, grief & loss, identity issues, trauma/abuse, sexual dysfunction, relational issues, boundaries, and reproductive mental health. It is my primary goal to establish a safe, trusting, and collaborative relationship with my clients. My desire is to guide individuals on their journey of self-discovery, working to establish realistic goals for change, teaching skills and coping strategies in helping clients form loving and healthy relationships and ultimately creating a life of meaning and purpose. My primary specialty is in women's mental health. I've had specialty training in postpartum depression and anxiety, as well as focused experience and study primarily in infertility and issues related to women's reproductive mental health and the impact these issues have on marriages and families.
