The purpose of therapy is to free us from what blocks our creative potential, be it poor habits, low self-esteem, pain, unhealthy relationship patterns, deep-seated trauma or lack of coping skills. Becoming who you are truly meant to be is the greatest gift of successful therapy. In my own journey of personal growth, my commitment to healing has led me to explore many modalities of spiritual and therapeutic practices. My passion for this work has given me the insight to give the individual client the opportunity to make healthy choices and spiritually grow. I specialize in the mind/body connection, weight reduction, emotional eating, PTSD/trauma and dis-ease. I use an integrative approach pulling from my training in advanced clinical hypnotherapy and integrative nutrition. Together these approaches blend together nicely to help facilitate a client deeper into their own healing wisdom.
