Blessings to you! I know that at this moment some things in your life are difficult; however, you are resourceful in seeking guidance and support. Life is one amazing adventure that gets pretty bumpy sometimes. I am here to provide you acceptance and encouragement as you make changes to decrease your stress and increase your peace. As the client, you hold a powerful role directing where our time together will go and what goals we will work on. I will provide you with ongoing coaching to look at all of your options and your strengths, while working on what is troubling you. Peace. As a goal of most of us, my specialty is to help all of my clients to discover what peace is to them and then, take positive steps toward increasing this goal. Helping clients to fully and freely express themselves is extremely powerful creating movement toward increased serenity. Many of my clients have expressed that they feel a genuine care and concern from me. And on the other hand some clients have said that they really love how I call them on the contradictions in their life.
