Conflict affects us all in many ways. Mostly, I work with individuals, couples and groups to understand the impact of confusion, upset and misunderstanding on our relationships. Sometimes depression and anxiety are overwhelming and that causes lots of problems in our ability to make our life work. I hear from clients that they felt better after our session because they were able to talk through a problem and understand the situation better. I have expertise in conflict management and apply that to relationships that are suffering and "off track". Sessions are concentrated and specific to the problem at hand. Sometimes we "draw out" a problem on the white board. People like to "see" what we are talking about through diagrams. . Specialize workplace issues and have contracts with employee assistance programs including Sanford Health, LiveWell Solutions, Empathia. Provide training for conflict management,mediation for divorce and parenting plans. Part of network that practices Collaborative Law - divorce without going to court. I'm part of The Couples Institute for research, consult, training.
