I specialize in working with couples, families, individuals and adolescents who are ready to address concerns about themselves and their relationships. I offer professional counseling services in a setting that is comfortable, safe and private. My work is grounded in family systems but is also influenced by a humanistic perspective with proven tools taken from other modalities as needed. My goal is to offer growth and healing by working with clients in a way that will best match them and the issues they are addressing. I offer pre-marriage counseling, marriage counseling and work with couples to address marriage infidelity, blended family issues and parenting support. I have done a lot of work with grief and loss issues, suicide, and cancer. I also offer support to adolescents and Life Coaching services. I work with my husband, Dr. Dave Wenzel providing Marriage Intensive weekends through our practice at River Ridge Counseling in Sandy, Oregon. In addition to traditional psychotherapy, I also offer Life Coaching services (this is forward focused with specific life changes, goals and transitions in mind).
