Life is oftentimes full of confusion and sometimes great pain. While these hardships are challenging, they do not need to be isolating. When hurting, we either withdraw inwards or reach outwards for support. I encourage you to reach out, as you are already are by making this first step! My work centers around making meaning of the circumstances that life is bringing you. Our time in therapy will be spent in understanding the significance of the journey you are on, and identifying the barriers that get in the way of living your best life. If these barriers go unresolved over time, they manifest into conditions such as anxiety and depression. While these conditions are natural parts of the human experience, I want to partner with you in minimizing their harmful effects. As we address the obstacles, these unwanted conditions begin to subside. One grounding truth that guides my practice is: "We are all doing the best we can, and we can do better!" We will focus on your strengths and inner wisdom to provide the foundation for creating the life you want. I look forward to meeting with you!
