I have worked a great deal with children, adolescents, couples and those who have issues with anxiety, depression, anger and relationship difficulties. I explore your strengths, help you build resiience and coping skills. I believe in the glass being half full and leaning how to achieve one's goals, with a sense of humor and mutual respect. Individual counseling, adolescent groups, play therapy, identity issues, couples therapy are a great part of our practice and I encourage anyone to seek assistance and gain a quality of life that will bring you happiness. We offer individual, family and couples counseling and medication management, for children, adolescents, adults and seniors. We also offer groups for those who feel more comfortable in a group setting!! (Along with pizza, soda and coffee, tea or hot chocolate!!
