Hello, my name is Dawn Huggins and I am a LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), and Special Needs Life Coach. I have over 25 years experience working with children, and specialize in working with children and families as they navigate the challenges involved with Autism/Aspergers and Developmental Delays. As a mother of a grown son with Aspergers I understand your needs from a personal perspective. My practice offers unique strategies and interventions to help children, adolescents, and families reach their goals using Art & Play Therapy, Sandtray, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. I am passionate about helping children feel confident & successful , and families to be happy reaching goals together. I offer Individual sessions and family sessions to assist with challenging behaviors, school issues, autism/aspergers support, self esteem, developmental delays, and mental health concerns in a comfortable relaxing setting. I have experience with in-home services and with adolescents struggling with mental health issues in an in-patient setting. My practice is client centered with flexible scheduling.
