I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Anchor Counseling Center in Lincoln, RI. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults and families for the past eight years in a variety of settings including home, office based and residential programs. I have experience treating depression, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, anger management, Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), grief/loss and family issues. I also work with couples going through difficult times due to infidelity, lack of communication and other relationship issues. I utilize a variety of theories including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Therapy, Behavior Modification and Solution Focused Therapy. My specialty is working with adults and families experiencing distress. I also support people who are recently divorced or separated. My goals is to create a peaceful environment where people are able to express their feelings in a healthy way and learn skills to improve their every days lives.
