What kind of life do you want to have? Are your relationships satisfying? I offer therapeutic support in a safe, creative, and non-judgmental environment. If faced with mental health or substance use challenges, life can be especially difficult. If you or someone you love is hurting, or just need new perspective, solutions are possible. Every individual deserves a life well lived. When given the opportunity, healing can and does occur, resulting in emotional, psychological, and spiritual well being. My definition of recovery is: The journey of becoming the person you were born to be. Who do you want to be? I was fortunate to have trained with Dr. Paul Cameron, inpatient staff psychiatrist at Central Vermont Medical Center's psychiatric unit, and Michael Zacharias, former Director of Maple Leaf Farm Substance Abuse Treatment Center, Underhill, VT. Through their skills and humanistic approaches, I learned to address the potential for wholeness within each person. I have decades of experience working with mindfulness and the expressive arts, including: yoga, flower essences, massage, painting, music, and meditation. From these I have discerned that greater control over your life is developed as you fine tune your compassion for self and others, wherein lie the keys to creating the life you want.
