Welcome to my practice. My specialties include working with children of divorce, adults,step families and couples in addressing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parenting, and personal empowerment. Although my theoretical orientation is eclectic, I borrow heavily from cognitive, behavioral,and family systems approaches. Professionally, my theoretical approaches are both goal-oriented and strengths-based. Philosophically, I believe my clients have the knowledge necessary to resolve their presenting challenges; they simply seek therapeutic guidance in transcending that knowledge and applying new emotional/behavioral skills set to those challenges.
