My goal as a therapist is to create an honest and safe place for clients to wrestle through the struggles of life. I work with individuals, couples, and families to be honest with themselves, learn more about who they are and learn how to figure out what they want in life. More specifically I often work with women, pre-engagement, premarital and married couples. I'm a Marital and Family Therapist. This means I counsel individuals, keeping in mind the infrastructure of relationships they've had throughout their life. This helps clients make sense of their story, understand more about who they are as a person, and examine the problem presented through the lens of their own personal journey. I have a private practice with offices in both Nashville and Murfreesboro.
