As a licensed psychologist, I work with adolescent and adult individuals and on occasion couples. I focus on aiding with personal change and self awareness, integrating and addressing life transitions and losses, addressing relationship challenges and issues, and aiding with coping and managing various difficulties including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, stress, chronic illnesses, and sexual issues. My work includes both acute and chronic issues. If you are interested in psychotherapy services, please contact me via the phone. I will then speak with you on the phone about your needs and determine if I may be a good therapeutic match for you. If we elect to meet, we will schedule an intake evaluation, in which at the end of the intake, I will outline treatment goals and diagnostic impressions. If psychotherapy is initiated, it will be an active and collaborative process, focusing on personal growth. The therapeutic relationship will be continually accented.
