What I enjoy most about my work is seeing my clients discover new insights and options and move forward in their lives. My style has been described as warm, non judgmental and direct; the foundation of my practice is compassion and respect. Prior to receiving my master's degree, I owned and operated a life story business for 15+ years and witnessed the powerful process of life review. My clinical experience includes providing counseling for LL Bean's Employee Assistance Program and support for patients and families at Maine Medical Center. My office is conveniently located near the Maine Medical Campus on Route 1 in Scarborough. I offer flexible hours and home visits.
