My approach to therapy is to focus on relationships and interactions among individuals. I also address concerns you have as an individual, whether it is stress, grief, frustration, sadness, or any number of other issues. My job is to listen to you, treat you with respect, and provide a safe environment for expressing yourself. I will need to learn about you, your interpersonal relationships, and the difficulties you are having that brought you to therapy. I have been providing therapy and crisis interventions to individuals and families since 2005. Much of my experience has been working with children with emotional or behavioral problems. I have worked with a variety of other concerns (e.g., ADHD, depression, divorce, relationship issues, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts). I received a Master's degree in Psychology from SDSU in 2004 and a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from ASU in 2010.
