At Creative Life Counseling Services, I strive to provide mindful and competent healing for my clients. My primary focus is helping you to find fulfillment in your life, work, and relationships. By working together in therapy, you and I will identify productive ways to create fulfillment. We will explore ineffective cycles of destructive behavior and strive to make change. I will provide the support and structure you need to see the extent of the control you have over your own happiness. I utilize various therapeutic techniques in session based on each client's needs and focus on mindfulness components of several evidence based therapies. I incorporate Play therapy in my work with children and offer clients the opportunity to explore Art therapy for emotional expression, creative problem solving, and introspection.
