I believe strongly in the ability of individuals to grow and to overcome troubling experiences. I see my role as that of a collaborator in developing and expanding upon the skills needed to tackle the various obstacles involved in creating a full life. In our sessions, we will share in a process that can be as exciting as it is difficult, using our relationship to build solutions to distressing experiences. I have found that in the pursuit of a fulfilling life we must each discover and nurture our unique qualities. To that end, I will bring to our work a sense of enthusiasm, insight, and humor that will allow new ground to be gained through our efforts.
