I am experienced in working with self-harming behaviors, depression, addiction, aggression, coping strategies, self-esteem issues, and many others. I work with clients looking for help with making significant changes in their life that lead to better mental health. I encourage family involvement (if applicable) and recommend honesty at all times. I have worked as both inpatient and outpatient therapist for adolescents and adults and I am highly experienced in counseling individuals, couples, and families. I offer counseling in the evenings and/or on the weekends so you do not have to miss work or your child miss school. I specialize in individual therapy, mental health counseling; and parenting skills and techniques. I have worked with adolescents and adults with a wide range of behavioral and psychological disorders. I help families and individuals cope with changes and personal struggles disrupting their daily lives to help them regain self focus. The clients I work with are looking for someone to listen, understand, help, and be available. I will work with you to schedule appointments when you need them, whether you need shorter sessions or more frequent appointments.
