" I AM HERE FOR YOU!" focusing on promoting positive change in your lives as you face many of life's challenges. My intended goal is to improve the emotional and psychological health of clients. I believe this can be achieved through changing client's thinking patterns, and encouraging positive realistic thinking; thus resulting in positive change in client's behavior and lives. My therapeutic approach consists of treating, Families, Couples, Individuals, Marriage and Family issues, At-Risk-Youths and their Families, police officers, Domestic Violence among others. Counseling allows me to help assist in bringing balance and order into my clients lives through effective change. I support using Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Person Centered, and Directive Therapies, among others. This allows clients to achieve positive goals while experiencing some of life's challenges, as they transition through lifestyle changes; e.g. relationships, parenting, domestic violence, retirement, anger, and adjustment/mood disorders. I have a passion for counseling couples, victims of domestic violence, adolescent females, families in conflict, and police officers issues, including police officers facing retirement. Additionally, I facilitate parenting skills groups, helping parents to better understand their parental relationship through prevention and positive intervention.
