I believe each of us has a gift of self to unwrap and embrace along life's journey. But I also know firsthand how impossible that gift can seem when we experience trauma. Trauma can leave us permanently changed, turned inside out, and feeling set apart from goodness. We grieve the loss of dignity and doubt the existence of love. But healing can be found. I help children, teenagers, and adults move through their stages of healing. As a skilled and gentle companion, I walk alongside to assist others in finding their gift of self that has been hiding in the darkness, unwrapping amidst the changes, and trying to transform into an integrated whole. Trauma can be transcended. We can live complete and purposeful lives with joy and love!
