One of the great truths that we all have to contend with is "Life is difficult." Our life struggles take different forms and sometimes become so painful that we are impacted emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually. Our daily life experience can reach a point of hopelessness. The funny thing about life's difficulties is that they generally don't go away on their own and we generally can't avoid them forever. As a therapist, my goal is to help you move forward in a more positive direction and help you to find help, hope, and healing.
