Using non-judgmental, creative exploration, let me help you identify and set goals that will allow you to break from the limits of anxiety, depression, and other life circumstances that are holding you back. As your therapist, I intend to provide you with a safe environment in which to holistically explore your physical and mental health, as well as lifestyle choices, in order to identify and adjust what may be preventing you from moving forward and more fully experiencing what your life has to offer. As a Clinical Social Worker who has practiced in many different settings, I favor an eclectic approach to working with individuals. I have always focused on meeting the client where they are at any given point in time and proceeding from there, using Cognitive Behavioral techniques when indicated. I view every client and the situation with which they present to me through a non-judgmental lens, incorporating kindness and compassion into every clinical session.
