Life can be rocky. When life is difficult it is okay to reach out for help. I will walk alongside in life, help support you, guide you, and be a safe person who can help make sense of your feelings. As you struggle with life, past or present, know that you are not alone and there is help. Change can become a reality in your life! I am experienced at helping many different kinds of people. I offer a safe, listening ear in a comfortable setting. I have helped children, adolescents, and adults - including those struggling with mental illnesses. I am now also available for marriage and family therapy. Marriage and families are hard work.
