And my job is to support your curiosity compassionately, challenge you gracefully, help you feel empowered by your work, obtain personal growth and achieve the changes you desire. I have worked in community mental health centers and psychiatric hospitals with very diverse clientele and have experience with a wide range of issues. Even in the darkest times, I believe that the strength to persevere and the tools to create change live within each of us. As a holistic psychotherapist and registered yoga teacher, I am committed to exploring your whole being- your mind, body and spirit. I offer traditional "talk therapy" that is oftentimes augmented with complementary practices such as meditation and mindfulness to help you reclaim your life's happiness, peace and balance.
